Frequently asked questions

What is Subundl?

Subundl is a subscription management and billing SaaS platform accelerating eCommerce by making tailored subscription models accessible to all retailers.

Who is Subundl for?

eCommerce retailers who want to offer customers personalised subscriptions. Subundl empowers eCommerce businesses to create and manage a subscription model that is unique to their business model, products & customers.

What can customers do with a Subundl subscription?

Customers pick products to bundle & set the frequency for each product. They have full control to manage their subscriptions: add additional products or one offs, pause & skip, and edit personal info.

Can customers pay on a different frequency to delivery?

Yes. Products arrive when required, paid on preferred frequency, which the original site described as a significant upselling enabler.

How does Subundl help retailers?

By helping monetise customers effectively through personalised subscriptions: increase acquisition, reduce churn, increase average order value and maximise customer lifetime value. It also aims to improve operations (automate fulfillment to leading eCommerce platform) and give an inventory forward view to forecast stock requirements.

How much does Subundl cost?

Only 1% per transaction, no additional fees from us. See Pricing.

Who founded Subundl?

Subundl was co-founded by Jess Wright and Jamie Turner in Sydney, and was backed by Antler at the pre-seed stage in 2021.

How do I get access?

Subundl offered early access via a waitlist. Use the Request access page to get in touch.
